Another Easy/Free Way to Donate To a Great Cause!

Attention parents of babies and toddlers still in diapers!  Do you use Pampers?  If so, make sure to sign up for the ‘Gifts to Grow’ rewards club.  Every pack of Pampers (diapers and wipes) has a special reward code located somewhere in/on the package and when you enter these codes, you earn reward points.

Generally, unless you have twins or multiple children in diapers, it will take you a while to add up enough points to “buy” anything of significance, but there is something you can do with just 10 points!  Donate those points to Graham’s Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 2009 by Jennifer and Nick Hall in memory of their son, Graham, who was born prematurely at 25 weeks.

The mission of Graham’s Foundation is to offer both practical and emotional support to parents of micro-preemie babies. The foundation supports the parents by sending care packages to them during their journey in the NICU and the foundation’s website provides a place for parents to share their stories and find support.

The NICU Care Packages contain the following items:

  • Hope, Resilience & Miracles bracelet or dog tag necklace
  • Snacks for long days at the NICU
  • Journals and books for inspiration and laughter
  • Single-use cameras
  • Hand sanitizer and hand lotion
  • Small blankets that absorb the parents’ scent (they are placed in the baby’s isolette)
  • Preemie hats and outfits
  • Special discounts for services such as home delivered food and house cleaning
  • Helpful information from organizations like Medimmune, March of Dimes and Caring Bridge

The foundation also provides Remembrance Care Packages for grieving families.

For every 10 Pampers Gifts to Grow points you choose to donate, Pampers will donate $.10 to Graham’s Foundation, for up to a total of $20,000.  If you are using Pampers anyway, donating to this wonderful organization doesn’t cost you any additional money, just be sure to allocate your earned points to the charity.
